Participation fees, if any, are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

4. Sponsorship Contributions

Sponsorships and educational support contributions are generally considered voluntary support for educational initiatives and are typically non-refundable. If a payment error occurs, please contact us promptly.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

JotJive may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis for:

  • Duplicate payments
  • Technical access failures
  • Billing errors
  • Extraordinary circumstances
